Privacy Policy
Words Game Offline is an offline-first word puzzle for iPhone. The app does not require an account.
Data Collection
The app does not sell personal data. Gameplay progress, settings, coins, found words, and hint usage are stored on your device.
Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the game is used—for example which screens players open, when levels are completed, and shop interactions. This helps us improve difficulty, onboarding, and stability.
- We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Firebase Analytics is not used for cross-app tracking.
- Events are aggregated gameplay actions (screen views, button taps, level outcomes). We do not send typed words, dictionary content, or full save files to analytics.
- An anonymous installation identifier is stored on your device to group events in reports. It is not your name, email, or Apple ID.
Analytics data may be processed by Google/Firebase for analytics reporting and stored according to Firebase and Google policies. It is not sold and is not shared for advertising. You can stop analytics collection by deleting the app. Firebase retention follows Google’s analytics policies.
Advertising
The app may show optional ads using Google AdMob and uses Google User Messaging Platform where privacy choices are required. Ad requests may require network access and may be processed by Google according to Google policies.
- Banner ads may appear in the Tasks and Hints bottom sheets, outside the active word board.
- Rewarded video ads are shown only after you choose them, for example to double a coin reward or unlock a timed free hint.
- If a No Ads entitlement is active, banner ads are removed. Rewarded video ads remain optional because they grant a reward when you choose to watch them.
AdMob may process advertising data, device identifiers, and ad interaction events to serve and measure ads. We do not send typed words, dictionary content, or full save files to AdMob.
Words Game Offline does not request IDFA access. If a privacy choices entry point is required in your region, it is shown in the app settings.
Purchases
Optional coin purchases and any active No Ads entitlement are processed by Apple through the App Store. Words Game Offline receives purchase status from StoreKit to grant coins or unlock No Ads, but payment details are handled by Apple.
Network Use
The core game works offline. Network access may be used for Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Apple system services for App Store purchases and code redemption, and TestFlight or App Store distribution.
