Privacy policy

Introduction

This policy describes how Andrii Raievnov (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use the mobile app United States (the “App”) on iOS, distributed on the App Store. The App is a quiz about U.S. states. We do not require you to create an account in the App.

Information the App does not ask for

The App is not designed to collect your name, email address, or phone number through a registration form. We do not run our own public social feed or user profiles inside the App.

Advertising

The App may show advertisements provided by Google (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, depending on the build). Those services may use identifiers and device data to measure performance and deliver and personalize ads, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and, where applicable, AdMob policies. On iOS, you can limit ad tracking in system settings and through choices offered by Google’s ads experience where available.

Payments and the App Store

In-app purchases and subscription management are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple’s handling of your purchase history is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy. If the App offers an option to remove ads or other paid features, those are governed by the store’s terms and the product information shown at purchase time.

Content and device storage

The App stores game-related data (such as progress or settings) on your device so the game can work as expected. This data is not a backup we can access remotely unless a future version clearly offers signed-in cloud sync, which is not required for the current experience described on the store.

Support email

If you contact us for support, we will use your email only to answer your request and to improve the App as needed. We do not sell personal information.

Children

The App is suitable for a general audience, including families. We do not knowingly direct marketing at children in a way that would conflict with applicable rules. Parents and guardians should use device and App Store controls (including Screen Time and in-app offer visibility) to manage their children’s use and purchases.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. We encourage you to check this page periodically, especially if you have enabled automatic app updates and want to know what the current policy is.
